    For the most part the faculty and staff are amazing towork with but Juliet the receptionist seems toalways have anegative attitude. I’ve encountered her while calling, and while checking inmy son ormyself for appointments. She’s always had anegative demeanor making mefeel dumb for not knowing who tocall orwhat todo.

      Dr. Eve Koltuv, her nurses (Catherine) and the receptionists (Emma and others) atthe clinic have been incredibly supportive inhelping usdeal with significant challenges with myadolescent's needs and innavigating uncommonly challenging circ*mstances due toCovid travel necessities. Ican't offer enough praise and appreciation for their kindness and competence. They truly gothe extra mile.

        From the minute you walk inthe door, the staff are efficient, personable, and take the time tohelp you with all your questions orconcerns.Dr. Whitaker and her team were excellent! One ofthe best experiences Ihave had with amedical provider. Thank you for taking care ofyour patients with kindness and respect!

          We are truly thankful for the wonderful team atthe Children's Clinic. It's asafe place for our family, all our concerns and questions are answered with compassion. I'm not sure ifit's agood thing that they know usall byname but weare sograteful for their kindness and love! Weare sograteful for Monica Hill,Dr.Zak, andDr. Grayson. All though, all ofthem provide somuch love when weare seen! weare grateful for the wonderful nurses and even the front receptionists! Weare soblessedto have them inour community! Weare just sothankful for them going above and beyond ina time ofuncertainty and unknowns!– show

                  I always feel that when Igo here, everyone isso kind and caring. EmmaD. and Teresa who work out front were sohelpful, friendly and very professional! EmmaD. isvery caring and considerate ofthose aroundher. She was very descrete. While Iwas waiting for ablood draw, Teresa & Emma were sokind tocheck inon meand another paitent waiting and keeping usinformed ofthe wait. All ofthe ladies working out front are friendly, caring and professional! Thank you for caring and having afriendly smile!
                  Once Iwas back, Ashten was awesome. Itis not always easy tofind the right vein and Ashten got itthe first time! & itdidn't hurt! She was amazing!

                      Dr. Romer inthe womens clinic isan amazing caringdr. She read mychart and took the best care ofme. Had issues inthe past with adr here being one track minded and making mefeel like trash but drromer made avery big positive impact onme. Ihighly recommend her for your female health

                        I love the medical staff atthe Children’s Clinic! Mydaughter has had tohave acouple oflab draws and the phlebotomists have been awesome and make the lab draws asquick and painless aspossible! Macey Clark isour pediatrician and weloveher! She’s always thorough and engaged and has been amazing with referring our kids tothe appropriate specialist and staying inthe loop about the care they’ve received. Welove her nurse, Kayla,too! Mydaughter isalways excited toseeher! We’ve had amazing experiences with the other nurses aswell. They’ve been sohelpful with assisting with blood draws and shots. Daphne isanother nurse atthe clinic who has consistently made our visits great. She isso engaged with the kids. Mydaughter loves her and recognizes her every time weare the clinic (she’stwo, soI think that says alot).

                        Secondly, myexperiences with the Women’s Clinic were great! Iwas treated byDr. Whitaker during mypregnancy and she isamazing! She always answered all myquestions and always communicated what toexpect next. HerMA, Tanya, isso kind and helpful. Whenever Iwould call the clinic with aquestion she was soprompt inreturning mycalls and made sure tohave athorough answer! They are amazing!

                          I amso thankful forDr. Grayson and nurse Kim atthe GRH Children’s Clinic. They are efficient, take their time tocomfort mychildren, and always make sure all ofmy questions are answered before Ileave! Our most recent visit began with welcoming faces atthe front desk, avery short wait time, excellent patient care for mychildren, and Ileft with everything Ineeded for after visit care.

                            Women and children's clinic use tobe sonice and welcoming but sadly now the front desk staff are sorude and disrespectful. They will make you feel like you are bothering them and asking stupid questions. Iwas hoping with the new CEO coming inthat things would change for the better but itseems tohave gotten worse. Wedecided itwas best totake our child elsewhere. Iwish GRH would train their staff better about patient care. Makes mewonder ifthats why children's clinic can't keep any good doctors around.– show

                              dr. Knight has made mythird pregnancy anightmare. Ido not recommend this clinic the front desk staff isrude and it’s been the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. Relocating!!!

                                I gotta give five stars toDr Hill and her nurse Laura they are soaccepting and helpful when itcomes toall 3of mychildren it's wonderful knowing ifI have any questions orconcerns they are ontop ofthings forus. When itcomes tomedical plan for our kids weare given choices and have asay. It's nice tobe onthe same page with mykid's doctor. Thankyou!!

                                  I cannot comment onhow myvisit went because Ihave been unable tobe seen atthis point. MyinitialO.B. appointment withDr. Robinson got canceled the day ofmy appointment because the doctor had to“leave early for the day” for some reason. While Iwas still onthe phone with the receptionist, Irescheduled but was unable tobe seen for another two weeks. Sotwo weeks pass, and Icall the day before toconfirm that everything was still onand was told that there was norecord ofmy appointment. Iwas told Icould reschedule, but itwould beawhile becauseDr. Robinson was out unexpectedly for the next month. Iwill befinding anotherO.B. because this isthe most unprofessional facility Ihave ever experienced.– show

                                    My son has been inand out ofthis place since hewas born and had problems with hos ears. Heis 10months old and his ears still haven't gotten fixed. MuBaby isin somuch paim because ofit and now ihave totake him toWalla Walla for care. The place isa joke

                                      Our Doctor isamazning.. Wefound the best Doctor ever. She noticed something wrong with myson aswe sat and talked. She called herself not anurse and told usour results. Answered everything and sent usto the best specialist… Very grateful for this Doctor…
