"I love going for my pedicure and dip services at this place, Nancy is the BEST!!!! Five star plus for her. The only problem iis that it’s always extremely warm. Living in Louisiana is quite warm 90% of the time. I feel they never adjust the air flow in general. Always STUFFY!!!!!! It doesn’t have to be freezing, but good air circulation is important and healthy."

"This is one of the few nail salons that does not have an overwhelming smell when you walk in from the chemicals. This makes the overall experience much better and is reassuring that the proper products are being used. I have received many pedicures and gel manicures here that I’ve been satisfied with. I enjoy how the pedicure chairs are set up so you have a more private service."

"I was so excited because they were available so last minute on a Monday. However, it was a terrible experience. I had previously acrylics done that had to be taken off. I've done this numerous times before, and it has never been so painful and haphazard. My nail artist literally ripped off my natural nail in trying to get the acrylics off. There was a good 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch to my natural nail tip beneath the acrylic and she just obliterated them. On top of that she pulled one nail so hard that there's a literal warp and bend in the nail now. It was so bad that I told her to do gel nails instead of acrylic. On top of that, she tried to tell me I was the issue and I needed more biotin in my diet but one, I take biotin and two, my nails were falling apart because they were being ripped off not because of a lack of biotin in my diet.I'm so disappointed because I'd heard good reviews from friends too. My nails are ruined now and the shortest they've been in over a year and a half.They turned out okay though there was some dust and hair in one of them, a little bit of lumpiness in the polish, and the bulge from my nail now shows in another but the experience was horrifying for the health of my nail"

"The stars are completely for my nail tech. She gets a 6 out of 5. Amazing work done from Helen. The sad part was when I went to pay for my nails. The overcharge was surprisingly high. I would gladly have paid for taxes and the French tip add. Which I still feel it was exaggerated $10 for French tips. But the other $20. It’s crazy. I will not be back. I’ll stick to my usual nail tech. Like I said Helen was amazing."
